Several changes to note:

1. Be sure your board, set up on March 14th looks exactly as it will look during the judging session - in the morning, judges will be previewing your boards - first impressions count!

2. Invite your family and friends to see you at your best! Public viewing is from 3:30 - 4:30. Plan to stay at your board until the end of the public viewing session - anyone who leaves early will be disqualified.

3. Judging this year will be pre-scheduled. This means that judges will have 15 minute "sessions" in which they will be assigned for your presentation.

4. Presentations should be a maximum of 7 mins long, followed by 8 mins of Q&A. All judges are supplied with stopwatches and time will be budgeted.
