Online Judge Training

We will be holding three judge training workshops to review the judging responsibilities and to answer any questions you might have.

We are asking that all judges attend one of the online judge training sessions. Based on judges’ feedback, we have made several updates to the WESEF 2026 judging process. Details on how to join these video calls are listed below each date.

Since there will only be a short in-person judge orientation meeting on the day of the fair (3/14/26), it is very important that you attend this meeting so you are well prepared for the judging sessions.
